Our strength lies in programs that we can design to measure, upon your request, or adapt to your environment. These are prepared in advance in close collaboration with you, allowing us to address key situations as they arise during the training sessions. Participants develop their skills and quickly take ownership of the operational methods and tools.
Avéliance has been registered in France as a training organization since 2005 (this registration does not constitute State accreditation) and has been Qualiopi-certified since July 19, 2023, for the category of training activities (certificate below). Avéliance delivers training exclusively for employees of contracting companies, and does not provide services for individuals. The company is attentive to accessibility for people with disabilities. Avéliance does not subcontract its training services, which are exclusively delivered by its director.
Some key figures: since 2005, Avéliance has trained 3,013 individuals, representing 50,605 trainee hours and 5,113 hours of training delivered.
In 2024, the participant satisfaction rate for our training sessions is 93%, rated as “very good or excellent.”

A hands-on, action-oriented teaching approach : Priority is given to practical application, with a focus on exercises drawn from the participants’ professional environment and role-playing scenarios, followed by personalized feedback..
Personalized follow-up and an evaluation system put in place : At the end of each session, practical exercises and recommendations are provided to participants so they can practice between sessions. At the start of the following session, a roundtable discussion ensures alignment between the program, the learning process, and the operational use of tools, while staying attentive to participants’ evolving needs.
At the end of each training course, a debrief is conducted, and participants’ skills are assessed using a reference framework that was shared in advance in the training agreement.
We implement a comprehensive evaluation system for all our training programs, involving all stakeholders (participants, trainer/director, client companies, and funders where applicable). A formal report is systematically provided to our clients after each training session.
Our fees vary depending on the location of the training, to ensure skills remain accessible to all: mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, Africa, and the Indian Ocean region.
